GREAT FULL GARDENS RESTAURANTS
About us
Gino and Juli Scala founded Great Full Gardens in 2010. Inspired to bring healthy eats to the foodservice scene in Reno, NV they launched their line of soups branded as GinoTheSoupMan & a small café on the UNR campus.
The couple’s entrepreneurial spirit was always present in their marriage and time raising their four children. Gino’s strength in procurement & menu mastering along with Juli’s attention to culture & a world that works for everyone has given Great Full Gardens the foundation to be an organization that continues to positively impact people’s lives and create a working environment that allows their teams to thrive. Creating conscious businesses and making a difference in the community were always top of mind in the couple’s vision for Great Full Gardens.
In 2013, they were joined by Cyndi Wallis & Kim Radzik, who brought their respective strengths w a holistic approach of raw and fermented foods & financial management. In that same year Dr. Sean Devlin and Dr. Ann Barnet joined in the vision by contributing their knowledge in health and financial resources. The team is intact today acting as our current BOD.
With a passionate team of over 160 team members, Great Full Garden’s continues to focus on positively making a difference to one guest at a time. Offering wholesome & love centered meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner alongside a prized barista service, super foods, kombuchas, and a selection of specialty beers and wines capture all the flavors.
